Zealer/Smiter/Charger Max Block

why should i use Max Block equipment against a smiter, whose attacks are not blockable?

1.Cause they Charge ~80% of the time - and Charge is blockable.
2.Cause with Max Block equipment you usualy have high PDR% (Stormshield).
