Against good players, I think the benefits of BoS when the benefits of Fade aren't necessary would out weigh a slower WW.

Feral/Feral combo requires 63 IAS total.
Feral/RT combo requires 52 IAS total.
Suwayyah/Feral combo with WSM bugging requires 42 IAS total.
