why are you mentioning something that isn't existing?
nvm i really don't think that this is working...
BTW TS´ dmg isn't getting higher than 100 / lvl, so if you skill it once you should already have enough dmg

i like the usual build with lightning ;D

200 Stack can be reached in Nightmare very easy (for palas and barbs also in hell): Wizzy with 15@ Jool, Kira 70 with Um, some nice res boots, res rings, res amu, some Sc-s and you can have up to 400 Stack res on nightmare diff. The char you described is only good, when u have lighting as your main skill and max many of its synergies. This build is only vs. people who don't know the meaning of stack res.

/e I have an infinity ES light sorc.

A few answers...

350 Life is not significant when you use ES. Damage is absorbed through your mana,a max of 95% in fact.

FoH is a slower attack. Yes it's 10 k ish.

Thunderstorm and Lightning both gain about 200% ++ to lighting damage from Lightning Mastery.
