Yeah I didn't realize item vitality was different then stat vitality. I was going by switching my fhr/str/life/res belt from verdungo.

I would go with Ebotd Zerker for the extra stats and +1 more range. Grief has the -poison resistance but if your using flash -poison res on switch there is no point of it.

You mean deadly strike and both Ebotd Zerker and Grief Pb hit the same fps attack and have 20% deadly stike. Grief will hit more damage then ebotd when using fury but the range makes up for it when you are trying to land your rabies attack.
