Cold V shiver V chilling?

shiver for melee
Does this actually have a chance to block or interupt attacks?
ie. smite ( i heard it desynches an attack)

chilling for ranged
will this deflect or block damage, or interupt the attacker?

it's a waste of skill points to learn the other armors because of pre-reqs... and you're already low on skill points

Probably refers to buffing ES using Memory or Enchant using Leaf. Some people do stash switch buffing and keep CTA on switch which is kind of annoying. I hate stash switching.

This sorc is not that good at pvp because zeal speed is really slow (10/7 frames) and in order to hit anything with high defense you need to pump AR like crazy and dump a bunch of nice jewelry for angelics and metalgrid or something. Even then dont count on it. You are better off using this build with Widowmaker instead, completely ignoring AR and cheesing guided arrow like a Bowa. Some really good players can probably find a way to make it work but damn its an uphill battle.

In PvM this thing kills everything. You still wish you could zeal faster when you telestomp some poor sap and nuke him in 1 hit and all his monster buddies start swarming around you. Meph and Andy sink in like 2 hits. Everything is great until you get melee mana burned and lose your ES instantly and the follow up attacks blitz you in like half a second. You just have to live with that.

ED doesn't matter for this build because you do so little physical damage. Life leech also doesn't matter for the same reason. Attack Rating is a big deal and you want as much of it as you can get. I find I roll with a Blessed Aim merc instead of Holy Freeze just so I can hit stuff easier.

99% of your damage comes from lvl 30 Holy Shock aura which adds a big chunk of lightning dmg to your attacks. Light Mastery counts twice so you will find that even with no lightning skillers you will hit for up to 45k just by having 2x Dreams equipped, not counting the huge -ve resist from an Infinity merc. This build is not that expensive in terms of gear but it gets very expensive in terms of charms. You will spend shed loads on life/mana/fhr/melee charms just so you can survive better and hit stuff properly.
