So Blade shield can trigger OW? or not?

apparently, theres some form of debate going on about this, but i havent really checked to 100% to be sure. i DO know that it transfers venom though, so thats another 1.5k boost right there.... its worth it, IF you dont have to invest 3 points to get it

do you think instead of pumping rest of skill points into shock web,mabe pump it into claw mastery? you get 6.5k traps,but more ar/damge/cs?

now i look around and almost everyone has a ber in their helm.... i would say i convinced a huge majority of players on what to do... i've also noticed a large increase in certain sin items and demand on the useast trading sections after my guide was released. strange hmm? i would say so
