That's not the point.

He thinks offhand IAS works for trap BPs but it doesn't.

@moxer:

Like I just said, offhand claw IAS doesn't count for trap laying BPs. It'll count for WW BPs though.
Your IAS for trapping is taken from everything EXCEPT your offhand claw (secondary claw).
