I play in single player I don't have access to everything.

Grief 37/400 PB
Death in eth Colossus Sword
Oath eth balrog blade
Random reapers toll

The other gear for me would be, probably with Death

Forti or hustle? Frw ias sounds good
Wt (pvm need mf)
Nagel30
Dual leech ring
Gold wrap (mf, ias) or versungo or SoE
350demons gloves
Anni+arach+mf scs, gheeds

The other question is merc, the possibilities are;

A2 with infinity
A2 with pride
A2 with reapers
A1 with lvl 14 faith
A5 with lawbringer for decrep and hustle for lvl1 fana aura?

I am looking for the most dmg with balanced survivability, I am playing softcore
