Putting on a 2nd angelic ring gives zero dex
Wearing 1 angelic in combination w/raven gives more dex for blocking if you're doing a mirror with shields, or vs a bva.

You also assume that when I said that, I meant all casters.

Sometimes I use 20fcr or 0fcr when I want to be able to take down a smiter and a sorc at the same time.

I wouldn't do this vs the #1 sorc ofc, or even a good sorc that can c/t well.
but
I'm usually good enough to win without having to rely on fcr.

yeah, everybody (ofc including me) clearly feels the need to be "mad" at some1 who is dumb enough to think he could catch any halfdecent caster with 0_fcr_barb, who thinks psn cancels crit, while claiming he started playing "from day 1"....

since your 2 braincells obviously aint capable to spot sarcasm - no, i do not want and i do not need any setup mady by you. Like I already said, i have tried pretty much EVERYTHING possible, especially when it comes to barbs, long before you cretin knew that this game even exists. However, thanks for your "offer"

And I'll keep catching casters, regardless of what you think, and trying setups you haven't even thought existed.

Top1 pvm barb guide I see never.

I include 63fcr setups in my guide

However
If you've ever played a barb w/lag, you know that if you wear 63fcr, you teleport in place before you execute your real teleport, which lets lots of players get away.
37/39 fcr doesn't have this same bug. The animation is long enough to not double teleport
