So for ubers, would it not be wise to go with exile vortex with a grief phaseblade?

I dont see where u get the last 10 CB? Black: 40, goblin: 25, Duress: 15, ?? Where's the last 10? xD

is it feasible to use a 45 res all CROWN SHIELD (4-12 smite base) with 4 pdiamonds (121 res all total) for uber smiters...the poorman did it, but is it real for us mere mortals?
