Redeemer is the only legal mini-grief, and indeed hits very hard on nontap.

on tap it is hell getting the ias breakpoint though, so do it at your own risk.

does v good on nontap but v rare weapon to find

does the bonus* dmg on weaps like redeemer and grief get added to both the max and the min, or to the min only?
