The reason behind using the 100hp armor is that forti is BM in Europe GM melee. So i need an option for those duels. For Fury vs Fury i will wear Fortitude like you said.

But no, 42 fhr isn't usually necessary. 80% of the time I am using the 20% FHR breakpoint with cerebus (5 frame FHR). Your life base should be preventing you from even going into FHR on most attacks.

So, if you remove fort, how close can you get to achieving something as close as possible to that?
Stat gloves have no ed, but Steelrends have 60ed and 20 str = 80% ed (you aren't using that str for anything else, so consider it to be ed%. 1str = 1ed%)
300-80 = 220
Now how are we getting there while still using stat enhancing items?
IMO:
Ber cerebus, Ber stormshield, as close to 24fhr/30str/80life/10ow belt as you can get, and then:
100 life jewelers armor with 3x 7fhr/30ed/9/str/9dext jewels and one 60ar/30ed/9str/9dext = 120% ed OR 156% ed if you don't build to the str.
So you're still 64%-100% less ed% than a fort, but more life. You will have 45% FHR. And you'll have more damage than you do with your current setup because a 10% ow belt is more valuable than the 60% additional ed you could get from jeweling your helm and shield.
