Even the best visionary is still lacking. +skills aren't a problem, ED [guessing damage] adds almost nothing, IAS is useless outside of zerking [and what mod is there for IAS on a helm? Are you talking about a jewel or something?], AR is really not a problem unless you're going after a pal/barb, and the most DR you can get on a visionary is 16 with 2x Bers [which isn't possible if you socket this helm to get IAS]. If you're going after wind druids/smiters anything physical, why would you use a visionary? You'd have to swap belts at the very least in order to get some good DR. CoA's FHR + DR > any visionary.
And your barb has 8.5k life because he's pure vit. Mine isn't. Pure vit is weaker against good hdins because they don't need to charge around to kill you. Tele hammer in different spots means you're not going to rape him with one pass [unless you're lucky], and he keeps his 75% block, which means every pass you take is going to hurt. No talking about WWing blind spots, either. Anyone who knows what they're doing is going to walk around to cover that spot up.
Also, I've got about the same damage, and I don't care about my caster AR seeing as any high def opp will force you to put on angelics/hsarus. If you need to hit a high def pally/barb, you're going to use angelics/hsarus, so your caster AR means little.
