They both need too much synergizing to get enough damage.

Blizzard: Ice Bolt, Ice Blast, Glacial Spike, Blizzard.
Meteor: Fire Bolt, Fire Ball, Meteor (Fire Mastery).

Unless you have 140-160 skills per character, it is too many.
