Yeah , but that's only because Bowazons have their own GA (sure Critical Strike counts as well but Bowasins have Venom and Bowceresses have Enchant etc.) and can use Faith which Excels Widowmaker Repeatedly !
I think that too that besides Bowazon - best Bow-Other Character is Bowasin - she excels her close adversary the Bowceress with Movement and Attack Speed !
Haven't listed Bowmancer and Bowid because they are so far from viable !

Even without prebuff (18-19 es, gets 95 in team duels), this does like 8.9k blizz, which isn't bad at all...

Only thing is, res is still really important even at 95 es, so you'll need these in stash:
treks - you absolutely need to max poison res if there are any poison chars present
fire res mana boots + fire res jeweled nw/ormus - having 0-10 fire res means fb will fhr you at 95 es. having 75 means it will not
