somebody please pm me this answer!
i just saw that light/chainlight sorcs have a different faster cast rate then other sorcs
does that mean that nova/teleport have the same thing? lmk please

L/CL casting frames and breakpoints are different from other Sorceress spells.

so the sorc hits 7 frames at 86%, and the paladin hits 7 frames at 15%, those would be about equivalent?
