ok compare dungo/shako with bbelt/coa

Shako/dungo gives you life and dr which you need the most
Effective difference, in usual full gear, between shako/dungo and bb/coa would be 1dr
Resist from coa+bb can be replaced by salv/kiras/shields, so anything over this is useless
Moreover, you can't wear tgods (It would be okay if at least 40% of pub duels were gm), you can't wear arach (for 75fcr vs boners or sorcs), you can't wear snowclach (vs bm blizz sorcs)
What more to write, you can't wear strides without chainging weapons (or equipping more dexterity).

If wearing strict equipment (20/15/15, sdancers, maras, shako, you can't wear them off without other changes), your pcomb smiter can achieve lol 5k life. So sc smiter can. But he will have about 0.4k life more
