armor is an alright choice, but the 60 ias goes over on the ias, so
it's not really needed. If you want the extra life, it's a good choice

reading this, I laughed. You quite obviously know nothing about the
game. Life/Mana leech would not help at all because of the low physical
damage. The same thing with dracs, the life you would receive from
lifetap would be negligible. As for the fcr being unimportant, have a
good time trying to kill anything with 0fcr. I know of quite a few
people who have made this sorceress and had success in duels; in your
case, the problem isn't the build, it's you. Before you make a comment
like this again, please learn something about the game. I encourage you
to learn english as well, what you typed is a horrible attempt at
competence.</b>
