okiii, at least you are right for wisp / tgod
but about dual doom, switch or not, the point when you duel a smiter with a full str bug is to do long whirl, and to not whirl "on" the smiter, and since you cant switch weapon slot during a whirl i dont get how you will make any usefull use of dual doom xD (except maybe for finish a v/t if he is one after ow proc, but a smart one will notice it and stay away from you with cta during 5/10 sec to rep some life and get more than 1 hp, and cant be killed by holy freeze aura)
