50% increased frw wouldn't make shapeshifters faster than teleport chars. my druid has 150% frw still far away from catching good casters. but 50% would help slightly.
If bless hammers are nerfed, then those playing like 4000km away from us west will quit the game, cuz hammerdins are the only chars they can play as all teleports builds are not viable for them.
