Maybe, but if you don't care about mana, then my build will get pride golem. So now we can argue what's better - mana or concentration on merc + skeles

So you suggest hoto + homu + beast golem. That's not bad, and you can still reach 125% fcr if needed. The only problem you loose pride on IG if needed.

Which isn't a problem since concentration isn't needed, at all.
If you've said you run solo games, your skeletons shouldn't even be given a chance to attack, since 1 simple CE clears everything.
