4skill/40ias/replenish Javelins is exist ??

I actually self found mine. You could use any 40ias/replenish javs regardless of the +skills and have good success.

15/15s are better in sheild

How you figure? If you need to switch to Stormshield, you lose all your ias.

I got a question about dueling windy I dont really get it I get all his monster away with fury easy but I cant cs him.. I dont even hit him once and thats with 35 dr over 100 ias 86% fhr bp 3.4k life...

I just stand and cs him alot of times but it seems I am like stuck in dogde or stunned fhr and it does the same all the time...

You are probably in dodge/block lock even thought it looks like you're attacking. If it doesn't look like your hitting him, run out of his nados ASAP and try chainlocking him if he runs to recast.

but ele druid dont run.. they chainlock you and all I can do is try to fury em couse once I get close and try to cs em I cant do shit.. and thats even if I hit em first..
