Why valk? It might look great and have great fcr, fhr bp limits but a shako is much better since a necs bp is very low and much more affordable for some people. It has more life, mana, and a lower mana cost with +bo

101 strength
base dex
364 vit
base mana

Is this a reason to go through all the trouble of remaking him?
