I don't like this guide for few reasons:

- only viable on non ladder
- bug tel + storm = 60 % reduce dmg , max is 50, so 10 % usuless...
- in my eyes, max block sorceress es should use wistan.

You mean in general or just in this specific blizzard sorceress? Btw I agree it's a nice build but from my experience with almost the same build there are some flaws in it.
