Pala torch (try get perf else 20 stat)
Anni (try get perf else 20 stat)
3 x pc 4xs (it is a personal preference how many pc skillers you use)
Fill up rest of inventory with 20-5s!

Dungo's
Rare Gloves - +Str +Dex +20 ias +res
Sandstorm Treks get the ones with most str and vit

Jewelry - Maras
2x Ravens +20 dex on both

Jewelry for buffs use 2x BK Ring and try to slip on an arach

I think I have 5k health with all this gear at lvl 88 with 37x 20 lifers and a +20 stat torch and +20 stat anni

The +str and +dex items really do it for a smiter because then you can put more stats into ur vitality...

mm i was thinking of almost the same thing.. i seen lots of smiter using shako over coa
but im not sure which one's better for smite vs all
shako or coa..
coa has dr, resist, fhr, skill, all in 1 while shako only has lower dr, life and mana and extra 1 skill so im not sure which one's worth it
also coa you can put in 2 sockets while shako's 1

tbh i just loled.. ^^
