newish to fury druid and brand new to metamorphosis and 99% PVM. A. Can you stack mark of bear and wolf with metamoprh and B.) If you can how annoying is it to constantly do that?

Yes you can, and 3 minutes isn’t too short. It’s annoying I guess but at least it’s a usable amount of time.

Is those 3 minuts the same always? Is it based upon something, some kind of syntenergies?

No idea. Runeword says 180 seconds which is 3 minutes. If it stacks to 360 secs that could be cool but I haven't really checked.
