He wanted to duel my hdin so he can see how "easy" it is to beat them w a good range adder weapon so yes my post stands here.

Here's a FoC/4 frame phase/24fhr craft belt/Cerebus setup (using 20fhr breakpoint):

im half outta it atm , but im counting less then 50dr in this if cerebus is 30/60/9/9 unless foc has something that i cant remember off hand (since i havent used in ages) , unless your intentionally running it with lower dr or its just not stated that its berd , overall dope guide one of the best ive seen with setups and such alot great info for thos who dont use furys, but neways im outta it so maybe it does have the dr
