The difference between arreat/guilli isn't that huge anyway, just use what you think looks better
I'm afraid to say theres some truth to that.
As in, against say a pure hammerdin they might do the same thing almost to the dot.
The *real* advantage is that arreats gives you more versatility against multiple opponents. If you were "GM" dueling a hammerdin, and his buddy fireballer stepped in, he might roast you.
If you were dueling a "pure hammerdin", and he turned out to be a libby or a mage, you'd definitely want to wear arreats instead of guillaimes (ok coa would be better)
They both do basically the exact same thing when you weigh damage vs life, its just other mods that might matter more in other duels that arreats gains from in extra- things like resists, leap, defense, etc
so you can wear guillaimes or arreats and get the exact same mods to that duel, but arreats *also* gives you mods that help in other duels
Guillaimes gives you +100 in column A, +99 in column B, +0 in columns C, D, & E
Arreats gives you +99 in column A, +100 in column B, +20 in columns C, D, & E
In a strictly utilitarian approach, arreats is virtually always the better helm.
