Few things:
Eth Stone is BM. All ethereal non-repairable items are. Hence e-prudence > Stone

Cold sc is not a must. In fact, when your opponent is frozen he does more hits per frame. I use a 25ed/9/9/1-5 cold dmg shield with 37 32020s, and still in most duels cold fails me. Speaking of 37 32020s, they are pretty much the best choice with any build. Ar/life charms are a failure I tested them with e-tooth and defence builds and none of them worked, unless you bleed and run. You can try 10/76/45's also to upgrade your ar and dmg a little but 32020s always seem to prevail in long run

Nah man, Besh has always been a good friend of mine but we both had our own barbs with different builds
