The concept of this amazon isn't bad.
However, the build itself can use some improvement.
Dumping so many points in the passves is a waste due to massive diminishing returns. You can make better use of those skill points by putting them into multi/decoy/valk/LF/etc.
Remember that CoA has a steep str. req and SS on switch is enough for DR. This build requires that you dump 80 points in strength (even more if you're ladder) assuming perfect gear. A simple alternative would be a 30 frw 3 os circlet with 2x ber + a 40/15. This will give you 120 life (200 in ladder) assuming you put the 80 points of str you save into dex to even out damage loss (substituting 6x 3/20/20 with 20/5s).
Using rare boots over war travs is a bad idea even on a pure vita bowazon because you can simply substitute 8x 20/5s to make up 40 res and you'll still gain +15 min (vital) and +1 max damage from war travs. The only rare boots that compare are wraith brands on west NL and even those force you to lose the +15 min damage in exchange for 50 life.
I'm curious as to where you got the statistic of 1 dex = 3 max damage. With just 30x +3 max damage small charms and a perfect GMB faith it comes out to 4.1 max damage per dex. Add in war travelers and the difference is even bigger.
FHR isn't the most important thing in the world because dodge/avoid/evade makes acutual hits happen much less often, getting into stun lock is rather rare. The only exceptions are smiters (in which case standing still to smite will result in death fhr or not) and assassins. For assassins, the 52 fhr breakpoint is sadly not enough to get out of 102 fcr mindblast, and you shouldn't get stunlocked by ww/traps during the teleport/df frames due to dodge/evade/avoid. This is true with 32 fhr and most likely even 20 fhr.
Jav/ss switch is vital for many reasons. Just keep a cta in cube for BO.
Even though I've made a lot of criticism, I will say that your build will most likely fair better in ZvA than the average glass cannon.
1) i find that decoy is useless, and valk is to slow, as a bowzon you run alot and it just cant keep up with you, maybe if you were a tele zon it would be useful.
2) COA does in fact have a extremely high str requirement. The points you loose into strength could obviously be used in vitality. However, less life is compensated by the fact that you have 15% DR and 30% res, this means you will take less damage PER hit, but have less over all life. If u look earlier in his thread i explain why you get better results with the DR and res than just having a life bonus. Plus having to switch to your ss anytime something gets near you is annoying, and the ss doest give you the fhr or the res bonus that coa give you ALL the time, not just when switched.
3) the rare boots/treks are used not primarily because of the res but because of the fhr! This is why i do not recommend war travs.
4) First off, FHR in no way effects the zon passive tree (dodge, avoid, evade). It only effects the rate at which you recover from a hit. And when you build a vitality amazon with massive life, lots of dr and maxed res, you are expecting to be able to take a lot of hits/damage. It is important to be able to recover quickly from a hit and continue to fight. You can have 20k life but if you have a terrible fhr rate it will all be pointless because they will just get you locked in FHR animations and will never be able to fight or run. FHR has always been considered useless on amazons only because they typically have had 1k life or less with no dr, and no resistance. Meaning they would die in one hit and if you die in one hit what the point of having something thanks makes you recover from a hit more quickly....you're dead anyways.
5) i could use jav and ss and a cta in stash but thats just a straight up pain in the ass. If you have the patients to constantly switch back and forth go for it. However, high life is key to this build and my zon doent go anywhere with out cta and sprit/ss
6) Just like you said, this IS a ZvA build, which for some reason so many people fail to realize when they begin yo analyze the build. This type of zon is many times moire effective in public duels. She can fight almost every character imaginable and does a much better job vs her common weakness such as the charge/smiter that so many peopel complain about.

I Found the frw curve useful. A good improve would be to make it up to 400%. cba explaining but I'd find it extremely helpful
FRW has diminishing returns and after 300% there is little to no increase. Also i cant imagine it even being possible to achieve much more than 300%. Even a barbarian with 40x 5%sc, frw gear and maxed skills couldn't get to much above 300%.
