You will find that your build lacks damage.

There are 2 ways to build a fire sorc with a -30/30 sword:

30/30 6x facet sword
Phoenix shield
Flickering flame
2/15+ FCR amulet
V magi with 5/5 facet
Magefist
Arach
2x 10fcr rings

Or

30/30 6 facet sword
Phoenix shield
3/20 magic or 2/20 rare circlet with 2x facets
2/15+ FCR amulet
V magi with 5/5 facet
Magefist
Arach
2x Bk or 2x soj or a mix of 1 and 1

I have a 6os RBF CS on my fire druid. Will 63fc also work?

This is the best advice but you will not listen. So just play what you want.

Both are possible I have a Tiara +3fire 20fcr 2 sox on the mule.
2kills vs. -5% fire res, what is better in the end? I will farm TZ most of the time.

If I use variant one I will use FF BV and CoH on merc, so the res are not the problem.
