Vs hammer and FB sorc mainly, vs light sorc that don't pierce LR:

Idea here is maximize charge damage, smite damage, foh damage, keep max ias with berzerker axe, chance to cast LT via dracs and chance to OW via dracs. In stash there are 20/-20 jeweleres of the whale in 45@ base and foh scepter incase u prebo in stash. As well as oak as meatshield. Dno about d2r, but in d2lod it was extreamly effective to jump hammers, but it required correct timing.
75fcr is enought vs hammers. If enemy soso uses any form of chilling/freezing armor etc you should use different setup.
Setup vs necro:
125fcr / 56fhr / stack enought for 7fpa smite vs golem slow. Decent foh damage.
Other setup vs necro:
If you find urself lacking damage, or would love better charge damage u can also go 75fcr with pheonix:

Here we basicly added dracul's and pheonix. Ow to work in tandem with foh, chance to LT, awsome charge and smite dmg etc...
There is a lot to mix here, i think i have thought of all...

The idea here is to use ur range adder and damage and ar and just charge the F*** out of enemy smiters.
