grief + beast is for pvp also you cant make beast in a phase blade
always phase blade in pvm or you will be repairing every 2 minutes
off hand wep with mf is fine for pitzerker
no need block in pvm, thus 2 weps for ww and life leech you will never die
if berzerker barb, life leech doesnt work so just use 2 handed weapon for fat damage if you dont need mf

right! for ww barbs ba, cs, cb, zwiehander, even flameberg are better than pb unless you dont want to repair. pb are indestructible that is the only reason to use them on a ww barb.

Tons of reasons to use PB. Also their shorter range is extremely helpful in pvm

how is short range helpful? i heard people saying that before. i definitely like the range of a cb better than a pb in pvm. i'm not running a pvm barb though.

Shorter range allows hits not to be spread out amungst a monster pack, thus causing single monsters to die quicker. Rather than all your damage spread out between all monsters, it concentrates the damage to a smaller amount. Thus making you take less damage.

Everything dies pretty quick. Range has the obvious advantage of hitting things further away but that is such a small trade off. Grief has more damage overall. I think x death might be better vs bosses though in p8 but over all x 2 grief pb is better. Easier to hit ias break points also which opens up gear options not to mention you could beserk with it for bosses

ok so a question skill remains. why make a pvm ww barb that needs to have the very best stuff? there is no competitive point to this char.

Because ppl prefer a nice char in pvm also unlike dumb builds like double doom in pvp. You're one to ask questions...
