Well , i use goblin toes cause it make 25% crushing blow , better than gore who make 15% only , lot of people are using highlord+gore but it's crap cause deadly strike don't work with smite , it's good only on hybrid smite/zealot .

Shafstop cause ubers have big melee attack , around 500 dmg by hit , and with low life it's very dangerous without reduce damage .

Tgod cause the main attack of mephi is charged bolt which make a lot of littles damages , tgod give you absorb in point (not in %) which is good vs lot of little damages . But i don't know exactly damages of mephi's charged bolt .

@fart_minor : Lacerator is used to cast amplify damage , and you don't need 100% cb (about 50% is enough) , cb is very effective when life bar is full , when is low you need pure damage , that's why it's hard to finish killing ubers with crap stuff
