Just use 1 point salvation against meph if you can't have 300res. He is very weak, will die fast even without fanaticism.
Dwarf and string of ears magic damage reduced are very good.
You can use forty instead of enigma to boost a bit your damage and res.

Thanks! yeah when i used salvation i had zero problems with meph. Can do it without just have to proc fade before hand.

Is there a way to gain more dmg still using enigma ? Or is this the most dmg ill do?

Well, there is. But it's not very used. You can change life tap curse for amplify damage.

Im getting around 1800 dmg pr hit with smite, dont know if thats high or low
