people don't use treachery to get resists, they use treachery to get -79% curse duration from fade, which is huge against decrep. Or to get a nice cheap armor.

did you count the number of hits? or the number of jabs? what is the sample size? what is the build? did you just replace the armor without looking into ias breakpoints?
and even if you have got the timing perfectly, and a huge sample size, and the perfect build for each armor, solo dia kill time is not a good metric for measuring merc effectiveness

if you want a cheap armor, treachery>
if you can make fade proc, treachery>
if you care even the slightest about defense, forty>
and if you don't care about anything but dps, jeweler armor>

i dont see that problem with decrep.

if you want a cheap armor, treachery>YES.
if you can make fade proc, treachery> IF
if you care even the slightest about defense, forty> YES
and if you don't care about anything but dps, jeweler armor -- testet. dies just as fast as treachery witout fade. but YES for sure the most dealing merc armor of all.. tested with 160ed/60ias 17str

omg. you should not be in this forum. how short minded can u be?

most monsters that decrep is.. is in cs/dia. and to be honest. in cs you get curces over and over so much that why bother..and that game is either done in less than 1min if solo. or 5min with full game. why care so much about that then..??

okay great math here but fortitude does like 2x dmg as treachery
dps= damage per second (not hits per second)
if a merc does 6k dmg * 28 hits this is more dmg than 3k dmg * 33 hits

Decrep slows down your merc's movement and attack speed to the point that if your merc has fade then treachery is the fastest armor

This is why treachery is best in Baal runs

If you're not doing baal runs then a fort or black hades is probably ideal
