Je te traduis. CS fonctionne idem à DS, c’est le concept même de l’habileté. Pour un CS de 50% et des dégâts affichés de 6-7, dans la moitié des cas tu attaqueras pour 6 ou 7 de dégâts et dans l’autre moitié des cas pour le double, soit 12 ou 14. Si le double ne s’appliquait que pour le maximum, l’habileté serait complètement inefficace, alors qu’elle fonctionne très bien. Fais-en la preuve vidéo et je te croierai.

with fana 15, you need 92ias to reach 7fpa
without fana, you need 147ias to reach 8fpa

fana gives a bit more damage
but windforce gives + 300max damage which is very nice.

It is trash. Do you think nobody has ever tried to build a max dmg zon with a WF? I have a LITERaLLY max dmg zon and it THAT struggles in pugs(except mine isnt dex but vita+ has dr and res so i dont die to a random stray fireball or grief charge)

Mine also happens to have a AURA ROTATOR buffer which is close to 2000%ed+chant sorc
Perf gear and things like forti insetad of junk like 160/60 and 08 WF, etc

and most importantly a source of amp dmg and even after all THAT it is somewhat clumsy in pubs. But mine was built in mind with having a support char +amp in general
