We've been over this. Minimum damage applies, ed minimum damage does not apply. But the applicable minimum damage is much higher than the minimum ed that is bugged. Maximum ed damage is uneffected. For the love of god this has been explained not only by myself but in several threads on other websites. Simply saying "minimum damage doesn't apply" isn't akin to fact. Because it is wrong~ Anyone with any knowledge in how to create single player items can test this themselves if they have a lick of honesty and ability.

Regardless of what you say, anyone who argues against this fact is being factually incorrect, dishonest, or just is simply a troll.
