Similar to a build that I played with, but after trying a tank build and a damage build, I prefer more damage. Tankability is irrelevant if you kill everything before they hit you.
Then again, I'm not a PVPer. I solely do PVM.

how much dex would be needed to achieve max block w/ ss? whitstans? any idea?

It can be worth it... but it'll lower

your mana since you'll need more dex
and your fcr... which you'll have to find a way to remedy to...

And I believe that you need 212 dex or so at lvl 99 for max block using a stormshield

You'll have a bit more fcr than what's needed but yes... those lifers should help alot... you could get frostbuns tho... they help alot!

would the 13/15 treks and ap coh be alright or should i get GP coh and 15/xx treks

Hmmm AP CoH can do... you'd have to plan your strenght before building tho... cause you might get your 103+20=123 and if you had other items giving you a strenght bonus with 100+ perequesites... you would bypass 156 and lose some stats...

The ones id rather are either gothic plate for the looks... or dusk if you want more def
