Some LL can be useful but don't sacrifice fcr/dmg for it.

Personally I feel good with just 5% from a ring, 5% from bug belt and 15 life after each kill from Grief.

That's enough imo! Also I'd use trangs + 2 fcr rings to get at least the 37% fcr frame.

i have read that in hell, only 33% of life leech is active

51% life leeche vs druid =
10k damage *0.51leech*0.33hell/6pvp/2dr% = 140 life healed

51%life leeche vs summons, whit neverending life
10k damage * 0.51 * 0.33 = 1683 life healed

sadly, your damage not matters, wolf life matters
800wolf life / effective barb damage for leech * 0.51 * 0.33 = 134life healed
