What do u have in mind?

The one I was thinking off is that a shadow assigns a " priority " to each skill that is based on the amount of hard points invested and the level of the shadowmaster.

So as like a basic example to demonstrate the kinna idea I'm talking about..If u have 3 skills to select from and assign numbers to them:

Skill A: 8
Skill B : 6
Skill C : 4

In this crude example, you could have Skill A being selected 8/(8+6+4) * 100 = 44.4% of the time

But now lets add 2 to each skill cos of a " shadow bonus "

Skill A: 10
Skill B : 8
Skill C : 6

Skill A is now selected 10/(10+8+6) = 41.7% of the time.

So maybe it kinna works like that and high level shadow " balances " the rate at which it uses skills, but that's all I could think of tbh :/
And even if the intuition of shadow points " evening out " the skills it uses is correct, that still leaves us with the problem o having no idea how exactly hard points affect the shadow - and how individual skills are used by the shadow ( i.e. even if u put 20 points in cloak of shadows it would use cloak less than mb ).

Also, when shadow seems to use a skill - it then seems to use it in bursts rather than in intervals of constant length. So shadow can go ages without mb'ing, then mb a lot at around the same time.. but I dunno if thats just a placebo effect.

I don't really play anymore these days so I'm not gonna go test, although I can tell you my experiences.
idk if there is any placebo, but this is how I remember it:

going from most mb happy shadows to least:
S tier
trapper with maxed mb, trap skillers
ghost with maxed mb, 2x skillers
A+ tier
ghost with maxed mb, 5-9x skillers
kicksin with maxed mb, 6-9x skillers
D tier
maxed shadow + mb, 9x skillers
1 point mindblast characters like hybrids

things like spacing and how you teleport (I guess more spacing) obviously do effect shadow ai, but I can't deny that I have always felt the above while playing different assassin variants.
