and cap pvp resistance at 85 rather than 95

It's not allowed anyway in any GM duel rules. So not a real problem.

And Damage Resist (DR%), too?

I would rather see an update to the character screen, displaying resistances to all six damage types (including PLR) along with other key stat totals which are not currently shown.
They might as well correct Malah's shoddy Scroll of Resistance in the process, so the bonus still applies after a character dies.

I don't think the resist bonus should apply after death, it gives a little incentive to stay alive, but it should certainly be reflected in the LCS.

Permanent loss of the resistance bonus from each Scroll of Resistance used since the previous death of that character?

I think it's highly unfair that hardcore characters get to keep that bonus resist.

Let's make Necromancers and Hammerdins useless.

#unviable

I dueled in 1.09 with both, actually, and they are totally viable even without synergies. Even now a LLD hammerdin can kill HLD.

A lot has changed since 1.09. These characters would be dreadful post 1.10 if everyone had 75% magic resist, just think about having to duel the equivalent of a low% es sorc as a Necromancer for EVERY duel, and then consider that all these characters with heightened resistances are considerably better than Sorceresses are.

A LLD Hammerdin can kill HLDs just the same way that a Poison Dagger Nec can kill HLDs, it's still not a viable build. In order for these characters to still remain viable after dealing 4x less damage they would literally have to be broken in their current state.

They should play the game the hardcore way like those of us who refuse to even collect the scroll.

There was some guy who made like list of like over 50 things that need to be fixed (glitches, bugs, etc) and emailed to Blizzard, few months later, new patch came out, only fixed 3 things that was on the list.
