coa+20fcr ammy+hoto+raven+tgods+spurs and was good to go vs anything with pub skills. But if you're 1v1ing anyone good you want gear sets specific to that class.
my nec also had a little max block swap I could use vs barbs if I needed to.
was 2/20fcr/20dex/2os helm, 2nec/9cob/19dex/46life/19pris ammy/suicide/ss eld/trangs/2x fcr dex life rings/dancers/arach. I get max block with base dex even on my lvl 99. pitty my amulet doesn't have 10fcr.
I do not use this in pubs. Thanks for the insight.

the main clue is to not get hit. so necro will need massive mana.. to tele and spam ibs and spear...nn swap all this items all the time cuz. if good. you will almost never get hit.
I duel offensivley. So I do get hit. Having proper sets vs every class allows me to beat 99% of people on east period.
