Here is what I am thinking.

With the 9x passive, zon torhc, anni, highlords, faith that is 16 skills for passive.

Hard points into the following:
Passive and Magic Skills
11 Dodge = 60% with + skills
12 Avoid = 70% with + skills
11 Evade = 60% with + skills
18 Critical Strike = 75% with + skills
1 into is/slow/decoy/valk/pierce

Bow Skills
20 Guided
1 into ma/ms/ca/strafe

All extra points go into Penetrate.

Enough strength to equip items.
Enough dex to max block with SS. My secondary weapons will be SS+cta.
Rest points into vita.
