I approve of this build With that build, assuming my resist as a base: You have ~40 more resist than I do. So you'd need 9x 20/5's for max resist not counting the 30 Anya gives you. One thing I would note though is that you have 3 less Lightning skills than my build. If I take off my Circlet, for example, my Lightning damage drops to 10k-ish.

Just poiting out.....138 resists is fairy easy to stack.....a simple fade and a wizzy , a flip of salvation aura or umed kiras w/some 17/5 or 20/11's....how do you even duel assa and barb? Once you are WW locked, you are screwed,no block,etc.

GG guide - Nova sorc looks like awesome fun. Plus, nothings cooler than a tiny sorc holding a massive pole xD

Well, prebuff fade is considered by some to be BM, Assassins are the hardest duel for any sorc and this build is no exception. Barbs have a slow FCR, and that's why they're easier for me. I watch them for the flash, and tele southeast and spam Novas. It's slow but it works. Zerk chaining is the biggest problem, but in general I never sit still. Salvation hurts against me, but Infinity FORCES them to use Salvation, reducing their damage drastically. Also, with my FHR, I'm able to get out of even tight whirls by barbs and asns, the exception is when I'm MB swirlied with WOF's spamming me to death.



Thanks! It's a ton of fun, and the only pvp char I currently play. I like the underdog builds that can surprise people. Every time I kill a barb or pally who thinks they're gg, they're like "man that hurt, wtf!"

You are so right, i love this char! Its great fun and kinda oldschool with nova, but... it will never be a top tier dueller.
If someone stack res you are screwed. You just have to accept it or OMG REJOIN WITH MY HAMMERDINZ AND PWNZ ALLZ NOOBZ CAUS I HATE TO LOOSE!!!!

Another reason I opted for 142 fhr. You recover from knockback(charge, GA's) a lot faster.

i can vouch this guy hes fun to play and does very well with this build. he killed me quite a few times on my windy

Thanks man I love dueling windies, one mistake and it's over for me, but I don't mind. It's worth it, the cat and mouse game with windies is quite entertaining.
