What is high life for you exactly?
And have you considered Guardian Angel as a armor?

I made this in hero editor:

Griffon with 7fhr 15@ jewel
Gurdian Angel - either socket it with perf amethyst / emerald or some 9 dex 9 str 9@ res jewel or something (i went with pamethyst)
Stormshield -15 req 15@ res jewel
Hoto 40 res
TO gloves
Ww 65 Life
Arach
2x Soj
2 sorc 12 fcr 10 dex 15@ res amu

Cta 6 Bo + Eth Spirit Monarch

15/20 anni
15/20 torch
3x 12 fhr skiller
4x 30 life skiller
4x 20 life sc
4x 5@ res sc

final stats at lvl 94
6-35462 damage
20 pierce
90@ res at hell about 80 stacked lr
1865 life
702 mana
117 fcr
43 fhr (42 be the bp)
max block

1 teleport
1 static
1 warmth
1 thunder storm
20 - mastery, lightning + all synergies

I have the feeling that the sockets may be solved a lot better.

Oggy_xP, that setup is quite expensive (Jewelry and inventory particularly).

Resistances are not my issue.
The issue is maintaining max block while investing as little Dexterity and Strength as possible, while maintaining a decent amount of %DR, killing speed for 3-4P games and have sufficient %MF (150% at least).

Also, with that setup I would require putting over 100 points manually into Strength, not to mention the amount I would still need for MB (Even though using G-Angel).
I understand the point of using G-Angel also for CtB%, but that will cripple the entire build.

going from SS to Mosers, you lose some DR, how are we making that up?
im still a big fan of eld SS. UM i understand for your specific build synomym, but why not make it up elsewhere since u wanna use least dex possible n still hit MB?

just curious

My input, prioritizing goals, I'd say..

1. 117 fcr (pretty much a must)
2. Max block (since that's the point of this build)
3. Decent life
4. FHR (sorcs in pvm get put into fhr very often, especially when facing mobs; the missile flayers in flayer jungle are an example)
5. Resists

Also, DR% in pvm isn't needed, especially when you have max block. In that light, my gear setup would be..

Hoto (3 skills, 40 fcr, 40 resists)
Whitstan's/Moser's
Vipermagi Shael'd
Griffon's Shael'd
Arach
Bloodfist
Aldur's Advance/Sandstorm Treks (depending on whether you want to stack fire resists or not)
10 fcr ring with resists (A 10 fcr ring with 20+ of each resists shouldn't cost much if it doesn't have any other mods, but for pvm purposes, it is perfect) + Wisp (Lightning Absorb)
Mara's Kaleidoscope

With the above setup, you have 117 fcr, 86 fhr (if you use treks, viper shael'd + griffons shael'd + bloodfist + treks gets you there, if you use aldur's, socket shield with a fhr jewel and use a few fhr scs in inventory).
Coming to resists, Hell needs 175 resists to get to 75. Hoto (40) + Vipermagi (35) + Mara's (30) + Torch (20) + Anni (20) is 145. If the fcr ring does not have 30 of each resistance, use resist scs in inventory to make up for the remaining resists. Being a ranged attacker, conviction oriented monsters shouldn't pose a threat, unless you teleport right into the mob. Apart from that, there aren't many places where stacked resists will help.

Why is FHR so important to you, Ashwinthegrim?
Perhaps RBFs will be better suited for those sockets.

hoto
magefist
arach
viper
1x fcr ring
dwarf
shako
whitstans
maras

Mal and Sol any sockets you have. i remember reading mdr pdr > dr in pvm. so... just stack that instead. whitstans gives lower dex req and str req. you will need to get fhr from charms and maybe give up boot slot for treks or something to help close that gap..just made this in 2 minutes so dunno if its the best. I chose shako because of the life/mana to help with plain gcs.
