- I don't see the point in having 20 amp with the +skills from gear. Even 10 is pushing it, when those can be points put into something else, like golem mastery, mages, or more curses.
- Lag may not be a concern for the guide, but from the player standpoint, it happens. Ignoring the lag caused by summons is like ignoring desynch in pvp. There doesn't need to be a 3,000 word paragraph discussion about it, however, it needs to be addressed. Even though your damage is much higher than hammerdins or sorcs by a long shot, in a full 8-player game baal run, your summons may not even be needed. Use amp / lower resist when appropriate. Not to mention, part of CE's damage is fire, thus lower resist still boosts your damage.
- Naw A1 merc. Some people swore by the faith merc (mostly because of IM in 1.12 and before of Chaos Sanc). Now, there's no doubt about A2 infinity merc is superior to all other merc builds.
