A good idea, but unfortunately you need a little more research in the way of enchant. It would be better to use an up'd kuku for your merc, it would completely own all pvm. 2 reasons to use kuku>08 WF
1. Fires Exploding Arrows
2. Pierce Mod

Enchant and Exploding arrows are godly. Enchant applies once when you hit the monster, and again when it explodes. So in effect, your doing double enchant damage. Also the explosion can hit monsters around the one actually hit, applying enchant damage there as well. Pierce will allow multiple monsters to be hit by one arrow, and exploding on each monster. So a monster can be hit by the enchanted arrow, by the enchanted explosion, and by surrounding explosions from pierce. Literally one enchanted arrow can apply enchant 2-15++ times per monster in a pack. Its really funny to see a bow enchantress take down all of eld's or shenks minions with one arrow, but they can be that powerful.

I really don't think this is all that great of a build however, as a bow enchantress would be better. Using prebuff gear, and then switching to a demon machine (the ultimate enchantress bow), and using an act2 merc with an infinity and maybe prayer or something, you can kill even fire immunes, always pierce and explode arrows. You can keep the same damage if you prebuff right, have a really nice tank with an act 2 merc, and kill everything. DM gives over 600 ar, multiplied by enchant, will allow you to hit most of the time. If ar is too low, switch some fire gc's to ar/life gc's

If you are instant in using a merc to kill everything, then at least switch its bow to a kuku, it will be much more powerful.

The one thing I really like about this build however is the dream helm. Using a dream helm and max light mastery +TS you don't even need an infinity for immunes. I think I'll make a guide based off of this fact smile.gif

Jaquiezz, you forgot that he's using windforce to add a large amount of physical damage as well. A pack of fire immunes would run you over if you're using a kuko on the merc.

Thats exactly why he has the dream and maxes light mastery/TS... and an up'd kuku has decent damage, not as good as wf, but still not bad. Over all your killing speed would increase quite alot, being able to take out whole packs of non-fire immunes in just one arrow, as opposed to quite a few. And the sorce should be using a bow as well, sorta dumb to have the potential to do massive damage by just switching to a bow, but instead just watch a merc lacking good AI kill stuff. Take advantage of the dream/enchant damage grab a demon machine. You won't have to worry about fire immunes with like 2.5k light damage from dream helm alone. If you want to keep the dream shield for an extra kick against FI, grab a warshrike for its pierce, and you will do close to 5k light damage, pierce, but lose the exploding enchant(but if your merc uses kuku no problem).

Pretty much a good idea, but an inefficient build, it could be a much faster killer with just 2 gear changes.

Carteblanche- Yes they do stack, auradins use this fact to get some crazy ele damage. Sorces often use SS for a block gear change, but only if their caster shield is spirit. Never seen a sorce use a COA, ber'd SS + Shako gives max dr, pretty much all you would a COA for.

Well great piece of work. I have created 3 chanters to date, 2 of them being Blizzard/Enchanter and one being ChainLight/Enchanter.

The Blizz/Chanter is not too bad, basically uses Kuku Bow for firing Arrows, Glacial Spike to freeze and on occassions Blizz fire immune groups that are frozen.
The Chain Light/Chanter is very similar to your build, except i max out Chain Light with Light Mastery, and again I use Kuku bow. The only thing i do find hard is the firing speed of the bow with my sorc, especially that when i can not freeze the fire immune monsters. (Note: i am not using an infinity, which makes things harder).

Blizz Skills that I chose to invest in, Maxing Glacial Spike (dmg synergy to blizz) & Blizz (freeze length synergy to glacial spike)

Note that all my sorcs have 1 base tele and 1 base static.

Edit* I love enchanting my strafe/icemaiden build and my zeal/conviction build. I am also going to be making a Vengeance/Conviction build to be enchanted too, this should be an awesome PvM char in HC.

I would like to know how do u get so much dmg from dual dream

Dual Dream gives lvl 30 aura: 1 - 1668 (ΓΈ834.5) dmg
Lightning mastery does ~+500-600% more dmg
1 - 1668 dmg *7? 7-11,6k
Some people told me the dual dream dmg without entchant would be something like 30k
Is there a mistake in my calculation?

I want do make a new charakter for PvM, but i am not sure if I should make this sorc here or a Paladin with dual dream and convition, or a Paladin with holy shock max and infy on merc
Which would be the best on PvM? what r the advantages and disadvanteges? plz tell me^^

First of all, when you're using dual dreams your light mastery counts (and belive me, it's ALOT dmg to get there...)
We could take one of my bearsosos which aren't equipped now for example, with 1 dream I get a sick amount of dmg (... 1 dream ~30k dmg @ bearsoso wub.gif )
2 dreams gives ~60k dmg @ bearsosos, and of course it'd be the same for this soso build smile.gif
