dunno what barbs u duel that they lose 1/4 life after 1 tele smite XD
on begining u wrote 20/3res sc should be 20/5 ^^

also tactic vs v/t u tell all time use cold res aura , should be light

imo all smiters should have 1 into vigor(only vigor works with charge speed)
charge+vigor desynch 100x better (remember my hammer desynch ?)


also i consider exile smiters superior in pvp but its my opinion(why make pure smiter with hoz if ur def will suck ?)

hoz is best for v/t builds !
