If u think stormshield works for u vs ww barb use that, i dont care. But 163 fcr is nice to tele quickly away when he tele close to u, and to shorten the cast animation when he use leap = u tele quicker away too.

Owned how? u are crying about block items, thats why u dont like my guide. I write its a non block build cause i dont think block is necessary on an ele druid.
And i also write in the beginning that i dont claim this build is superior to others. Its a solid build that owns and is versatile without changing setups all the time.
Tell me another way to get 163 fcr, 99 fhr and a decent dmg reduce with other items pls if u are so gosu an ele player.
